Conclusion
This chapter closes the book with a short summary of the accomplishments of the book and a list of areas for further investigation. There is much more work to be done in the kinopolitical analysis of the border. The aim of this book has been to prepare the way for further analysis by creating a general conceptual and historical framework proper to the border and based on social motion that can be used to perform further historical and contemporary analysis of borders elsewhere. No doubt the present age of borders will require such new forms of theoretical action, along with other types of action.
