Trade, public health, and food
This chapter examines the role of trade and its implications for public health. It argues that the relationship between trade and health is both complex and problematic. Changing patterns of disease, methods of production, and control mean that key issues are raised for public health, to the extent that the current notion of what public health practice is must change.
