Because each company faces different circumstances, there is not an organizational architecture and design that would universally suit the needs of all organizations, especially in terms of human behavior and group dynamics. Organizational models are conceptual frameworks that aid in predicting and thus organizing the interrelationships of groups, individuals, the work, and how these work together in achieving the organization's goals through considering relevant factors such as the competitive and cultural environment faced by the company.
