This chapter provides insights of the authors on the structure of the palliative care services provided in each of the cases discussed in this book, including the ethical issues that can be discerned in the cases. The chapter also provides comments on how to provide better palliative care services and on how to effectively address the needs and requirements of the patients and their families. Included are significant questions that would initiate better discussion of the cases of the patients and which would initiate improvement (if any) of the current palliative care services.
