This chapter is concerned with the transmission, or Laue, geometry, and an incident plane wave. Two cases are considered, Laue–Laue and Laue–Bragg. After describing the boundary conditions at the exit surface, the reflectivity is calculated for absorbing crystals and the properties of the properties of the rocking curves are discussed. Finally, the integrated intensity is determined.
