This chapter makes explicit the degree to which the structures proposed here for events are fine-grained. It explores the level of graininess desirable for the system as a whole, as well as some additional residual issues, touching specifically on the implications the system has for resultative constructions and for manner of motion-verbs. It ends with some broad reflections on the nature of the interaction between the conceptual system and the grammatical system.
