Article 13(3) TEU provides that detailed provisions on the seven institutions of the Union are set out in the TFEU. These are to be found in Chapter 1 of Title I of the TFEU. Section 1 of that Title deals with the EP (Articles 223 to 234 TFEU); Section 2 with the European Council (Articles 235 and 236); Section 3 with the Council (Articles 237–243); Section 4 with the Commission (Articles 244–250); Section 5 with the Court of Justice (Articles 251–281); Section 6 with the European Central Bank (Articles 282–284); and Section 7 with the Court of Auditors (Articles 285–287).
