Abstract

This book begins with the incomes of the first trillion-dollar company Apple and ends with the advent of Trump and Brexit. Apple symbolizes the arrival of the mega-company and, along with that technology, has come the super-incomes of the plutocrats. In this book we examine the source of those plutocratic incomes and why they have grown so rapidly, generating the anger of those left-behind whose incomes have grown so much less, if at all.
